VOLCADITA RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Volcadita, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a refund.  For any return inquiry, please write to pedro@volcadita.com.

RETURNS: EXCHANGE & REFUND

You can exchange your orders for other sizes, colours, products, or full monetary refund. No questions asked. We kindly ask that the item(s) be in unused condition, in their original state and packaging.

 

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are free of charge. All costs are on us.

• As soon as your exchange return is on its way to our warehouse, we will send out your new selected product.

 

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at pedro@volcadita.com and we will arrange an exchange or return, covering the costs.

• Items without original tags, or that have been worn, altered, or washed, will not be accepted.
